Viennese Championship 2024
In Semester holidays the Viennese Youth Championship U12/U14 takes place. U8/U10 is scheduled in April.

Who is the winner of U8, U10, U12, U14, U16 and U18 category? Read more on our page Youth chess

The 40th Activity-Cup will take place in the Easter holidays (30.03.-02.04.2026), the tournament will be ELO-rated.

Participating in this tournament is allowed only for kids born 2012 or later.

time control: 40 mins+30s/move per player and game - there is an obligation for notation!

AUSTRIAN CHAMPIONSHIP 2023:
37 Medals for Vienna - great performance!
In St. Veit (Carinthia) boys and girls played off the Austrian Championship and the Team of Vienna collected a lot of awards - see MEDALS SUMMARY

We are especially happy with the performance of Marc Morgunov (U18), Laurenz Borrmann (U16) and Florentin Stickler (U12), three real Gold-Boys in Blitz!

The league is divided in primary school league,
lower grade school league and high grade school league and the best of all 9 lands are qualified for the Austrian school mastership!
